THis place is OK. VERY SMOKEY. Drink prices are high. The offer double up for a buck drinks most of the time but when you do the math its 5 for a well and 7 for a call. I thnnk that is a little misleading...If this is the business practices they used I can see why the one in Tampa closed.

Tournaments held here on a regular basis. Lively local crowd of younger pple. Prices are decent. Its not a huge billard, but its probably got about 10 tables. Bar area is quite hopping on most nights and you can see some pple don't even come to play --- pool at least. Waitresses walk aroudn weating tight and pretty revealing clothing- not the uniform, but of their own volition which i'm sure the majority of Strokers customers appreciate. You can also play a couple rounds of darts.

Whether you want to play pool on the nicest tables in the Tampa Bay Area or sit at the bar and enjoy some delicious food like Philly's, burgers or wings Strokers is the place to be. The bar staff is friendly and they have one of the best happy hours. If pool isn't your game there are a multitude of other games like darts, ping pong, and BearPong. Don't know what BearPong is come in and find out.

Loved this place! They have nice pool tables with well-maintained rails, cloth, and balls. I like that they have the lines on the cloth to help line up the rack. And OMG....the food! Who would think that a pool hall would have such great food?! I enjoyed the Latin sampler but am still craving the Freddie Shrimp (they rang it up as buffalo shrimp) to this day! Would come back here for that shrimp alone!

I seriously don't understand how people who don't chain smoke go in this place at their own free will, it is like if someone placed 10 people smoking cigarettes at the same time in a porta potty. The fact that you can play pool is a plus because if tolerant enough could possibly distract you from the lack of oxygen you are getting. I couldn't stay long enough to even see what you he bar was like or what they serve because my vision was impaired on account of the smoke levels.

First time here, and we loved it. Very nice tables, pool cues, balls, racks, etc. They maintain everything very nicely. I think they have 10 or 11 regulation-size tables. Either way, pretty impressive little place. The owner (or Manger?), Rolando, very very pleasant and helpful, as was the wait staff. They made us feel like we had been on numerous occasions. Will definitely return. Side note, a few people mention the place was "smokey," but we found the atmosphere to be quite clear. Myself and a few other people were smoking cigars too!!!

for pool, amazing. the free poker and ping pong tournaments too! however... and this is a BIG however.. keep an eye on your tab. I have been here 4 or 5 times now and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had at least one or two drinks on my tab I did not order. when I asked the waitress, who is 8 months pregnant working in the smokiest bar in Palm harbor, she flipped out and told me to pay or leave. so I went to leave, lol. needless to say I got to talk to the manager or whoever the guy was, he did nothing. I had to pay for 2 beers I did not have/order or they would call the police. haha.i paid and did not tip. I'll go back, but I'll pay for my drinks as I go. Do NOT LEAVE AN OPEN TAB HERE!!!!!!

Strokers is very well kept. I have been to Strokers hundreds of times, at all times of the day/night. The atmosphere is very laid back, the servers and staff are wonderful, and the food is amazing. The pool tables are very well maintained, and they are 9-ft regulation tables. Cheap drinks, and cheap pool! You won't find a pool hall better than Strokers.

Your local bar where you can relax and get a drink. Food is better than most of your restaurants from wings, Duran burger, or one of Freddie's specials is a must try.

No longer a stranger to this place, it's now become a monthly habit. Rolando at the door will be sure you get a nice clean full sized table to play on. Their credit/debit machine has been out for months now, so they are cash-only, but agitation aside, it's still the best in the area if only for it's chillable atmosphere. So chill in fact, that you can smoke inside- nice feature when you are paying hourly for billiards. It's smokey, and may have a questionable scent, but its got pool, and tournaments, and poker, and dj's, and even allows cigar smoking. I think this is why it's a cool place to totally unwind, surrounded by a patronage of average blue collar folks doing the same. The MegaTouch machine allows anyone to control the musical mashup here which conjures a both entertaining and hilarious flipping of genres every moment. I was tempted to eat here once, but that passed. The decor looks like hell, but I've as explained, it's almost part of it's charm!

extremely and i mean to the extreme.....smokey!!!! definitely need better ventilation. The food is surprisingly good. The staff is great! Tables are great.

This is a consistently smokey, long-standing pool hall with a smattering of top players and a wide selection of amateurs. The smoke is so thick, I think it holds up the roof. They do have regular tournaments with strong competition. Action can be had if you ask around.
